03 — HOW WE MEASURE IT

We tested the hardest part before building the story around it.

A real teal peacock saree was passed through YouCam Image Generator V2 and AI Clothes V3, then scored against a written rubric. Only after it passed did we build the product around it.

The Heritage Report is pixel measurement, not a language model's opinion: fabric is classified by hue band, normalised against fabric coverage, and compared to the original. The checks that guard it are in the repository, including one that proves the measurement can fail.
